What to Expect During the Weigh-In Process
1. Arrival and Check-In:
• Please arrive at The Grind by 7:30 AM sharp. You’ll check in with our team upon arrival and prepare for the weigh-in.
2. The Weigh-In:
• Each participant will step on the scale to record their starting weight. This will serve as your baseline as we track your progress over the next 4-weeks.
• The weigh-in process will be private and handled professionally. We respect your privacy, and the numbers are simply a starting point, not a reflection of your value or worth.
3. Sync Schedules with Your Trainer:
• After your weigh-in, you’ll meet with your assigned trainer to synchronize your workout schedule and set personal goals for the challenge.
• Your trainer will guide you on the best approach to match your goals and ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
4. Set Intentions:
• Take a moment to reflect on your goals. This weigh-in isn’t just about numbers—it’s about setting your intentions for the challenge. Think about where you want to be in 6 weeks and let that fuel your motivation.
