Objective
Teams compete to earn the most points by answering questions correctly across various health and wellness categories.
Game Setup
1. Teams:
• The game consists of three teams, with each team having three members.
• Teams select one member to represent them on stage for each round of questions.
2. Spin the Wheel:
• The game features a spin wheel with 14 slots: each category is represented twice, and there are two “Wager” spaces.
• The wheel is spun at the start of each turn to determine the category for that round’s questions.
Game Rounds
1. Number of Rounds:
• The game is divided into 10 rounds.
• Each round consists of three questions, one per team, with the selected team member answering the questions.
2. Answering Questions:
• After the category is determined, the host reads the question.
• The on-stage contestants from each team compete to buzz in first.
• The contestant who buzzes in first must immediately answer the question.
3. Points:
• Correct answers award the team with the points assigned to that question.
• Incorrect answers result in a physical challenge, which the contestant must complete before rejoining their team.
4. Physical Challenges:
• If a contestant answers incorrectly, they must complete a physical challenge (e.g., 20 burpees, 30 seconds of mountain climbers) before returning to their team.
• Challenges are designed to be physically demanding but safe for all fitness levels.
Wager Spaces
1. Wager Round:
• If the wheel lands on a “Wager” space, all teams participate in the wager round.
• Teams decide how many of their current points they want to wager on the upcoming question.
• Each team writes down their wager and their answer on a provided sheet of paper.
2. Wager Question:
• The host reads the wager question, and teams have a limited time (e.g., 60 seconds) to write down their answers.
• Points are added or subtracted based on whether the team’s answer is correct and how much they wagered.
End of the Game
• After 10 rounds, the game ends, and the team with the most points is declared the winner.
• In the event of a tie, a sudden-death round will be played where the first team to answer a tiebreaker question correctly wins.
Prizes
Prizes are awarded based on the final standings. The winning team receives the top prize, while the second and third-place teams receive smaller rewards.
General Rules
1. Fair Play:
• Teams must adhere to the rules of fair play. Cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.
2. Time Limits:
• Contestants have a limited time to answer questions (typically 10-15 seconds). If the time runs out before an answer is given, the team loses the opportunity to answer, and the question moves to the next team.
3. Challenges and Disputes:
• The host’s decisions on all answers and challenges are final. Any disputes will be settled by the host before the game proceeds.
